Maluhia at Wailea is a 14 lot, gated, beachfront, residential community located on a 10.5 acre site which provides amenities such as a private beach club with swimming pool and spa. Addressing the homeowner’s individual needs has always been the first priority of the design team. Though the plant palette is fairly consistent throughout the project each residence is imbued with its own sense of place. Whether achieved through natural cascading waterfalls, formal reflecting pools, flowering trellises, informal stone pathways or patterned concrete blocks, each homeowner is able to experience views and outdoor spaces unique to their own property.
